Organising Change
Change is an active part of all The Learning Challenge’s work, whether that be in curriculum development, behaviour leadership or working with trauma. But are there occasions when organising change is not linked to the programmes? Is your organisation or department facing new challenges? Do you need to bring together a diverse range of people and professionals in order to plan and implement change?

it can be helpful to have a neural party working in the highly charged political situation that these meetings often become.

Facilitation

The Leaning Challenge Team is experienced in working with diverse and difficult groups of people. We have the skills to move closely held individual agenda towards a common outcome. We can work for one day or for one term. We have worked for schools, university departments and in arts settings.
