| Toby Quibell PhD is the Director of The Learning Challenge. Toby set up TLC on the Meadow Well Estate in Tyne & Wear in 1994. Since then he has worked in school, arts, health and prison settings across the region from Berwick to Redcar. He leads TLC but remains active in the running of sessions, and welcomes contact from mangers and leaders looking for creative solutions to issues of behaviour or learning. |
