Classroom Behaviour:
The Leadership & Recovery Programmes
Children who want to work in class are sometimes prevented from doing so by others, teachers typically find the behaviour of a minority difficult to deal with, and stressful too. Some teachers are inexperienced, some have fallen into ways of coping that are sapping their professional reserves. Whatever the situation, there are ways to build up staff confidence and to forge healthy relationships with troubled children in class.

A range of Solutions

The Learning Challenge will pull together a project team of the highest calibre and experience in order to develop and lead good practice in your school. Solutions will always involve CPD for your school staff and leave behind sustainable strategies.

Working with staff and students separately and together is the key to unlocking good practice in these situations. We call our programme Behaviour Leadership and Behaviour recovery. It is tailored to the needs of your staff and to your classrooms. Experience has told us we can help. And it will not cost the earth.
